Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from MILLENNIUM SA. 

Note: The "MedSave by Next Wave Insurance Services" option at the end is not endorsed by Millennium SA. All fees paid to Millennium SA are non-refundable. We do not recommend this service.
